Things will much faster and easier if someone can cut only the english part and upload or unpack the .ISO and copy only the english part and upload only that part or just unpack and upload so we can download only the desire or selected files. if this Video is comprised of 4 langauges which is 3.39 Gb, it'll be just 850 Mb approx. if only English is uploaded or unpack so we can select only the English part

Not so easy to cut out other languages.
For me (Nederland) is German/French handy too.
