Having a Master in Molecular Biomedicine from the University of Copenhagen, I wouldn't recommend anyone without experience trying this at home.
As writen extraordinary meassures must be taken to be able to handle powdered high-risk toxins like Ricin or other stable protein toxins. A laminar flow glove box/insulator is needed for procedures like this.
