Is this really HDTV? The picture looks like it was recorded from dirty film with shaky camera and dirty specks every now and then. It also doesn't look like HD, but that could just be the compression.

Yes, the subtitles are a little wonky, but not bad enough to hurt the film should you prefer watching it in Japanese. A:10, V:10, Film: 10. Also available in English Audio, which is a 10.
And to D3moN81: Don't be an asshole. We KNOW how "simple" it is to dl subtitles. But the purpose of comments IS to inform others of such lacking areas in case they want to burn the copy. In which case, they have a point.
