I sure wish people would check their sources first, before they make unjust criticisms. This movie is NOT porn; just because it shows live sex scenes does not make it porn. It has erotic segments, and it is provocative (although not so much in the censored version, which this is), but is not porn, as it is not intended to sexually stimulate, which is part of the official definition of pornography.
As for the title, CaptOmerta, either consult a dictionary, or ask a friend who speaks French; it means "fuck me" ("kiss" is not what it usually means). And that is what you get: a non-pornographic movie with actual fuck scenes. Not everybody wants to fake the sex Hollywood style.
