Well, as of right now, Zygor has not released any 3.1 updates. Also, the mods that help it work properly and effectively like TomTom, currently are bugged out because of the patch. So atm the guide is at a stand still until an updated version is released. Once it does, ill be sure to upload it here.

re: required add-ons, the new cartographer is working fine. I don't use TomTom, so I can't speak to whether or not that is still buggy, but Cart works great.
