Does this version allow 2-pass encoding for WMA? In the codec page it says it's only enabled for "Power Pack or higher dBpowerAMP license".

Uninstalled 13.1 and installed this version, unfortunately 2-pass encoding for WMA is still greyed-out even for the professional codec. Will have to continue using windows media batch encoder...

Discovered the solution while installing v13.3 after a HD wipe... Install The "Windows Media Audio 10 Pro Release 5 (Windows XP)" codec, NOT the "Windows Media Audio 9 Pro (Windows 9x & 2000)".
The WMA10 codec contains the 9.2 codec and 2-pass is not disabled.
