If you own a copy of the Windows Diamond Edition, you can download the Mac Demo version here:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/games/demos_updates/neverwinternights.html

Then use this script to install from the DVD:
http://www.house.org/islandmacguy/Files/MAC_NWN_DIAMOND_INSTALL.zip

Just follow the directions provided with the script.
