The image quality is great, but I'm not getting any sound. Other people don't seem to have had problems in that regard - any suggestions? I'm trying to play it in windows media player or winamp - those are my only .avi players.

VLC Media Player can play almost anything including AC3 audio. Do yourself a favor and and get rid of Windows sh_t balls Player. Thanks for the feedback!
