The soothing music, mostly instrumental.. If if you are confused by \\\'OM ...\\\', Pls be aware that it is the sound \\\'aum\\\', A-U-M that stands for the the \\\"trinity\\\" according to hinduism; A => Brahma U => Vishnu M => Shiva. According to Hinduism, AUM depicts the God, collectively as Trimurti (literally indicating three forms or trinity) - Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva as each representing one of the three primary aspects. In the Trimurti system, Brahma is the creator, Vishnu is the maintainer or preserver, and Shiva is the destroyer or transformer. Oh, those Hindus :) Pls refer to http://www.wikipedia.org ..
