@pjcapri, To seed you simply leave your torrent download client open. Most torrent clients seed automatically, and upload constantly. That's why p2p file transfers are so efficient.
@polymorph316, Download and upload speeds are limited by what your internet service provider supplies you with. It is very common to have a download bandwidth that is significantly greater than that of uploads.
