This file is actually the widescreen version smashed into 4:3. if you resize it to 16:9 with XtoDVD or remux with MKVMerge to 720x400, you'll have a widescreen and proper aspect film.

No need for a lengthy remux to get the proper 16:9 aspect ratio. Use 'MPEG4Modifier'. Google it for FREE download.
