hey guyz u need a hacked ps3 to work with hermes payload4 by any method so many r out there or buy any t96usbkey ur own and make ur own hex its up to u but still doubt it works or not coz uncherted 2 rips dont work at all if they rip to external drive 1nce they stuck with a black screen at startup with a spinning dagger.if anybody knows the problem pls answer if it works?

anilpiggy, it might be one of the ones that HAS TO be installed on the INTERANAL HDD to run, I know NFS - Shift and DiRT 2 have to be. As well as Red Dead Redemption, but only if you can't ftp to an external (due to one file being WAY over the 4GB hard limit on FAt32 HDD's)

I'm not able to run the game, the PS3 only reads external drive in FAT32 format and there is a file larger than 4Gb this game. How are you doing to play this game? And as you are able to put the file larger than 4 Gb external hard drive in FAT32 format?
I need help to solve this problem, I use PS3Key jailbreak, everything runs so far the only problem is to get the file into the external HD.

I guess this use a modified EBOOT. We need to find an unmodified one to be able to play with this new 3.55CFW.

To get past hanging dagger, run update as normal and the go back and delete save data under game data utility, do not delete the update. Works.

NOT WORKING on 3.55 Kmeaw cfw
It will freeze up on some point at chapter 1. You will be stuck at the spinning dagger screen (loading screen). When you try to quit the game, the ps3 will beep 3 times and then shut down. Tried every fix i could get on the net (eboot and param.sfo fix, disabling auto-save feature, deleting the update 1.09, deleting game data) but not of em works. Can somebody give me a link on a USA version, heard that one works.

Guys i have split the >4gb file using comgenie awesome file splitter and i have copied into internal hard drive using external hard drive , copied success but when i start the game i just get the black screen nothing else and i have to keep wait long , and i just then switch off the system.
anybody else having the same problem???

Tested with KMEAW CFW 3.55, multiman 2.07.04 : FTP to GAMES folder, worked fine.
Started, climbed the train, got to the snow and stopped. All good :)

for this file which is almost 5.21 GB you have to spilt the file by ps3 splitter into 1 GB size and after that all the 6 splited file you have to copy in this directory where this 5.21 GB file situated and after copy delete this 5.21 GB file and the remaining file are pak22.psarc.66600, pak22.psarc.66601, pak22.psarc.66602, pak22.psarc.66603, pak22.psarc.66604, pak22.psarc.66605 after that copy this entire game to internal HDD of PS3
