this is what happens when you upload .rar instead of .avi people don't share because a 1.38 GB movie be cums a 3.GB movie and they delete all of it when the video is watched.

uberglotten why can't you watch the video in the format AVI/XVID ? I copy up to six 700mb movies to one DVD and get excellent copies to view on a 42" LCD TV.

miguel 2010 - I don't convert these AVI/XVID files. I download them and it makes me no difference if they are RAR or not. If it is a RAR I open the file and keep the opened version in the same file. After I upload a ratio of 2.0 I get rid of the RAR files. When I get enough movies together I use Nero and choose make Data Disc.
Using a DVD disc I can load up to six 700MB movies on one disc. Hope this helps you.

MVinOC, you are too right about .rar files, when my harddrive becomes full, i will delete the .rar files every time on principle, its just wasted space. Not that I do this but one solution would be to delete the .avi after watching it and extract it again when you feel like it from the .rar files, after all the total size is less than the .avi file itself.
