It's because this is the Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood [Codex Edition/Collector's Edition] - Game Soundtrack not the Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (Original Game Soundtrack), in the the Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood [Codex Edition/Collector's Edition] - Game Soundtrack "Apple Chamber" is missing for some odd reason...
