Well, I found the solution. I downloaded the Reverb suite from IK Multimedia's site and the keygen from this download worked. Too bad you can't just DL the keygen by itself.

Hi, I've downloaded from IK - installed and then opened cubase to use the effect. It then asked to be registered etc so I used the keygen from this torrent download which works at the first stage but then after following the instructions and opening an account it says the serial number is not correct.
