Quality okay, sound okay. As for the movie, easily the worst movie ever made. Seagal's so old and out of shape they don't even pretend to show him "in action." What you see is the back of his trademark leather coat throughout, up close, and a bunch of arms waving. In one scene I counted over 60 shots from his eight shot automatic without ever changing clips, and only one hit out of several thousand rounds fired? The acting, dialog, and plot were worse than the action scenes; it's hard to believe that could be possible. Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is a ten compared to this. It was so bad Progressive Insurance commercials refuse to be shown on the same screen. Enjoy.
