Excellent quality, though an average movie in my opinion. Still it was entertaining.

Try a different player like VLC or Media Player Classic. Those usually play everything without any issues. If that fails it might be your hardware...sometimes outdated hardware can cause problems for HD movies. Best of luck

to get rid of the subs just download mkvmerge GUI.
its a tool to split up files but u can use it to delete the subs
