Application then closes and opens a browser on the 1 click website. Anything I can do now?

The patch worked ok, but I kept getting an access violation when it couldn't connect to the internet (because I blocked it, because I didn't want it to deactivate), which made it not work. This is on Vista Ultimate x64.

I havn't downloaded this file and I can already tell you what your problem is, rwoelich; dump that crap Vista OS and go back to XP. You're on the right site to get 100 different versions, each and every one of them superior to Vista.
I'd say Vista is causing about 98% of the problems on this website these days.
