As to reading his columns in Gourmet Magazine, I'm afraid not. I knew he wrote for them on a regular basis, but since I only know how to 'heat/microwave' and not 'cook', his other talent was never an interest to me. :o)

No, haven't read Leslie's food articles.
Guess he likes things raw and spicy ;)
Really love gourmet food though. My fellow family members always complain I'm taking too much time and eat slowly, but that's the only way to enjoy it... Indian cuisine is my absolute favorite. Having spent some time there, the taste and variety never ceased to amaze me.
