Windows 7 adds support for systems using multiple heterogeneous graphics cards from different vendors (Heterogeneous Multi-adapter), a new version of Windows Media Center, a Gadget for Windows Media Center, improved media features, the XPS Essentials Pack and Windows PowerShell being included, and a redesigned Calculator with multiline capabilities including Programmer and Statistics modes along with unit conversion. Many new items have been added to the Control Panel, including ClearType Text Tuner, Display Color Calibration Wizard, Gadgets, Recovery, Troubleshooting, Workspaces Center, Location and Other Sensors, Credential Manager, Biometric Devices, System Icons, and Display. Windows Security Center has been renamed to Windows Action Center (Windows Health Center and Windows Solution Center in earlier builds), which encompasses both security and maintenance of the computer. The default setting for User Account Control in Windows 7 has been criticized for allowing untrusted software to be launched with elevated privileges without a prompt by exploiting a trusted application. Microsoft's Windows kernel engineer Mark Russinovich acknowledged the problem, but noted that malware can also compromise a system when users agree to a prompt. Windows 7 also supports images in the RAW image format through the addition of Windows Imaging Component-enabled image decoders, which enables raw image thumbnails, previewing and metadata display in Windows Explorer, plus full-size viewing and slideshows in Windows Photo Viewer and Window Media Center. The taskbar has seen the biggest visual changes, where the Quick Launch toolbar has been replaced with pinning applications to the taskbar. Buttons for pinned applications are integrated with the task buttons. These buttons also enable the Jump Lists feature to allow easy access to common tasks. The revamped taskbar also allows the reordering of taskbar buttons. To the far right of the system clock is a small rectangular button that serves as the Show desktop icon. This button is part of the new feature in Windows 7 called Aero Peek. Hovering over this button makes all visible windows transparent for a quick look at the desktop. In touch-enabled displays such as touch screens, tablet PCs, etc., this button is slightly wider to accommodate being pressed with a finger. Clicking this button minimizes all windows, and clicking it a second time restores them. Additionally, there is a feature named Aero Snap, that automatically maximizes a window when it is dragged to the top of the screen. Dragging windows to the left/right edges of the screen allows users to snap documents or files on either side of the screen for comparison between windows. When a user moves windows that were maximized using Aero Snap, the system restores their previous state automatically. This functionality is also accomplished with keyboard shortcuts. Unlike in Windows Vista, window borders and the taskbar do not turn opaque when a window is maximized with Windows Aero applied. Instead, they remain translucent. Removed Features A number of capabilities and certain programs that were a part of Windows Vista are no longer present or have been changed, resulting in the removal of certain functionalities. These include the classic Start Menu user interface, some taskbar features, Windows Explorer features, Windows Media Player features, Windows Ultimate Extras and InkBall. Four applications bundled with Windows Vista — Windows Photo Gallery, Windows Movie Maker, Windows Calendar and Windows Mail — are not included with Windows 7, but applications with mostly similar functionality are instead available for free in a separate package called Windows Live Essentials which can be found on the Microsoft website. I have a genuine COA for Windows 7 Home Premium. Can I use it to authenticate/legitimize the Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 2 torrent you upped (by the means that the makers intended)?
I ask as it would be a total waste to have it but to then never use it (and, by doing so, perhaps have to deal with some combative anti-piracy, etc, issuing from Microsoft at some X point down the line)?
If it is possible what (if anything) would need to changed/done to the installed download?

I'm considering just formating my existing OS, sounds easier and I could just save everything important to CD's and things.

Sorry Things Are Not Working Out Like You Want Them Too, To Make Things Faster, You Need To Download MagicISO Or PowerISO I Use Nero Burning ROM To Burn .ISO Files. DO NOT Extract Anything With WinRAR!! All That Needs To Be Done Is The .ISO File Needs To Be Burned With The Right Program. If You Can See The .ISO File, That Means You Don't Have MagicISO, PowerISO, Or NERO On Your Computer Already.

1st of.. thx for the torrent!
(speed was kinda slow, took me like 24 hours for 2.63 Gb's..)but it's WINDOWS 7! Worth it now they've been downloaded! ;)
However, I was about to burn the .iso file... but then I realised there are 2 of them! 1 of them is thrown out in the main folder (and it's 2.607.372 KB), while the other 1 is located in the Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit) folder (and it's 2.598.620 KB)..! Which 1 should I burn? They're both called Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit).iso

It propably means that you accidentaly copied the files from the folder Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit), and pasted them on the main directory.. so the entire size of the torrent is almost double now..!
You might want to look into it if you'd like..!
Either way.. my previous question remains..! Which Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit).iso should I use? the 1 in the main folder or the 1 in the Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit) folder? (I'm asking because they both have a slight different size..!)

GREAT WORKMANSHIP!!! WOW! This torrent has the cleanest smoothest running windows 7 32 bit on the net. (Well, I have only downloaded 5, 3 for my personal use and 2 for other people.) This was total quality almost like a fresh program right off the retail shelves.. Then in other files on the torrent it is loaded with other great useful tools. A must have! I right clicked the torrent and burned to CD. Set to boot from dvd and the computer booted from the dvd and the program started right up and ran through with out a hitch. I than ran the recommended activator Computer User recommended and provides for us and that went through seamlessly and my copy shows active and genuine. AWESOME!! He provides like 4 activators and loaders, 3 ISO burning programs/virtual drives, 6 P2P programs and then some. Thank you Computer User for the time and quality you put into this torrent!!!

I had gotten stuck on the expanding windows files part. I did a quick search on google to find that it may be a disk that was burned too quickly. However, I was using 1x burn speed. Got it installed, tested it.. Fairly decent OS. Great download.
The only problem is:
Physical Memory (RAM) Limits In 32-bit Windows
Windows 7 Ultimate: 4GB
Windows 7 Enterprise: 4GB
Windows 7 Professional: 4GB
Windows 7 Home Premium: 4GB
Windows 7 Home Basic: 4GB
Windows 7 Starter: 2GB

Computer-User... outstanding work my friend, I truly to appreciate your efforts. I'm having a small issue when rebooting. Everything activated fine, and works like a charm when it boots. About half the time, PC gets hung up on reboot. Gets to the windows screen, and never loads. I force a shutdown, and it brings up up the window telling me it wants to repair the computer. I got your instruction on the command prompt, but i'm not seeing that option to enter anything. If i let it do it's thing, it's says it could not repair, but when i reboot it usually works. Seems to be a hit and miss thing, and soemtimes reboots with no issues.
Have you seen anything like this before? Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

hey computer-user...this is a really cool torrent package having all the useful extra apps...
I installed widows 7 successfully...tried to activate using the 'recommended' loader...after that, windows doesnt boot on restart!
The instructions on the txt file for the loader says to run the installation disk and to choose the 'repair' option if this happens. But I don't get the 'repair' option anywhere on booting from the windows disc.. and ended up installing windows 7 again..I'm using a usb drive to install..
Any suggestions on what I need to do to activate successfully??

I burnt it onto a disk and booted from BIOS from the CD but it did not give me the option to "upgrade" my system. i went through with it anyway and it moved my old files into "windows.old". was it supposed to do this? is there a way to upgrade from Vista to 7 without files being moved?
Also, the KB971033 update does not show up in my important download list. is this good or bad?

I'm having trouble doing an upgrade install on a laptop. The machine is currently running 32 bit Vista Home Premium.
When I run the installer from within Windows Vista, it never gives me the option to do an upgrade. I accept the license terms, click next, and then I have to choose a partition to overwrite.

however, my problem is that when i try to do a fresh/clean install from my windows vista, the 'choose type of installation btw custom & upgrade' didnt appear at all so in the end all it did was upgrade, how do i fix this?

I just have one more question. The windows says that it need a product key, it says that the windows will go out in 26 day from now. I know that nothing will happen after 26 days, but after 26 days the system will write something strange on the desktop. In the korner , down to the right. What should I do to delete it? So i downloaded Windows 7 ultimate on mine and my girlfriends computer, all went well but neither of us can get Administrator access. i have ran Driver Genius on both of our computers and well no drivers come up for her function keys her function keys f2-f12 dont work (screen brightness,volume, ect.) and i tried to download her drivers for her specific computer (sony Vaio) but it wont let me use driver taxi without administrator access, i made an administrator account i even made an admin account and set a password through CMD nothing works please help me :D (ohh yeah and her games on her computer dont work (Vindictus) Nexon game its click to play kinda game, but it works on my computer

anyway i installed windoss 7 on another computer not mine and worked perfectly so i decided to use it on my computer...
it was the same file that i used on the other computer but i dont know how when it starts it just needs me to confirm microsoft user terms and conditions and the second step is choosing where to install the windows :) so logically i choose C:drive cuz i already need upgrade-installation and then i have to click ok on a window which says that it detected another windows on this drive and the installation will need to store old windows in a folder called windows.old and after clicking ok it starts installing and it never asked me if i want custom or upgrade-installation . :( since it did ask me while i was installing the windows on the other computer. wierd ??hhhh? :)
i had to give u detailed report about what happened to me:) to decrease comments and find solution faster :D
btw you told me in an older comment that the recovery system wont be damaged....but it was tottaly damaged after windows installation...but i didnt care :D
but i was prepared with with backup and recovery disks :D:) so never mind..... :)

Hey! I have a question. I can install windows 7 fine doing a full install. But then when I try to use the activator it screws up the boot file or something and when I restart it just shows up with the option to boot from CD like I never even installed windows. Heyo. I burned the iso on a DVD-R, put it in the laptop and booted from the DVD. The installation was going well but it stopped when it reached the second part after "copying files" i think it was something like, "enlarging files." The OS it was on when i tried to install Win 7 was XP Pro SP3.

I wrote it on a DVD-R and at 8x. But that's not the slowest possible.. So i guess I'll have to buy a couple more DVD-Rs and try re-burning it. Or perhaps my computer is just too crappy for it. It's got 2gigs of Ram and dual processor 1.66ghz.

Bit of a shortsight for those with Linux...the folders ".ISO file" and ".ISO Burning Programs" are hidden, because they start with a period. Might want to fix that in the next release.

The Activation Program Isn't Gonna Un-Install That Windows Update, You're Gonna Haft Too Un-Install It Your-Self.
Open "Control Panel" Click On "Programs" Click On "View Installed Updates"
After You Have That 1 Windows Update Installed, Go Into Windows Update And Hide That 1 Windows Update So It Won't Happen Again :)

Hey Computer-User. I downloaded a Windoews 7 Ultimate earlier from another guy, and it went a month to message pop up on the screen and it said: your windows 7 might a piratecopy and Your version of windows is fake.
So my point is, When I install Windows 7 from you would it make any damages to computer because I already installed a Windows 7 earlier?
And another thing: Can I replace all those file on a Usb instead of using a DVD and install from the usb? When the installation is done, where can I get Norwegian Language pack? thnx mann!!

Hello everyone!
I have a problem I need help to solve from someone (or two) more expert than me in these things.
I downloaded this torrent, burned it (just the iso) and booted from the DVD.
The problem is the following:
Inside the "Windows Installation Instructions" folder there are some pictures
1st one goes well, 2nd one too... for the third picture though, in my computer shows only the light blue background (with the bird on the right and stuff) and does nothing at all!.. and I wait... and nothing!
Note: I have xp

1. Press the button on your PC to start it.
2. Then start pressing the delete button slowly, several time, until you end up in a blue (most of the time) screen you probably haven't seen before. That's Bios
3. Once there use the arrows to go to "Boot".
4. Then choose priority
5. Then have first the CD-DVD option (for booting from there)
6. Save and Exit.
7. At some point while starting, your PC will tell you "press any button to boot from CD-DVD" (you must of course have the cd-dvd inside). Do it!
8. from then on you'll just follow an almost usual instalation... I belive you've done many of those
9. once finished... you have the windows 7

In the "Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit)" folder there is a "Windows 7 Activation (Reccomended)" folder.
Inside that there is an "Windows 7 Activation" application that does the thing you ask.
...or at least I hope it does!

To anyone who accidentally gets the KB971033 update...you don't need to go crazy trying to fix it or try a bunch of different fixes. There's one VERY easy solution: go to the uninstall programs screen, click the show updates link in the left sidebar, find the update, and uninstall it. You're DONE!!!! Wasn't that easy? :3

I followed all the instructions but i have wasted 3 DVD-Rs now...
I burn the iso image using power iso and i have noticed when i do it... at the bottom it says non bootable image and i am sure i want it to be bootable lol. Then when i choose to boot from my cd drive it picks up nothing and cant read the file. What am i doing wrong? Can someone please help me. If you need to email me my email is suihigh26@hotmail.com. I did a few things different from the instructions (curse selective reading). I burned the ISO to a disk and ran it from within Vista, without formatting my HD. I also downloaded/installed the KB71033 update. Withstanding, everything's still working just perfectly. Not sure what all the complaints are about.
After the update, I've managed to recover 70GB that Vista did who-knows-what with.

i am stuck at select the driver to be installed. where do i find the driver. i burned the iso only to one dvd and then i burnt the whole torrent onto another. i run the iso dvd and i get up the select the driver to be installed screen and it says " no device drivers were found make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers"

Is it possible to put the installation files on a USB drive and then install instead of burning the ISO. file to a DVD-R disc? If i do so, should i just put the installation files in there and not the activators and such? As if i burn it to a DVD-R, i can only put the installation files on the DVD-R, and then put the Activators on another DVD-R.

I'm going say at the outset that this work great, I had no problems with installation and I recommend windows 7 to everyone!!!
*Why I am here is related to several questions that I want to ask:
1) I'm not a big fan of Windows updates, but this white flag on taskbar annoys me, So I just not sure whether to turn on Windows updates, and that nothing bad will happen?!? (Believe me, I have very bad experience with the updates on Windows xp)
2) Do you follow the Windows update with activated windows 7 on this way? (I registered the Windows on recommended way, and everything was ok)
3) Did Windows updates think that this is the legal registration, or just that writing in 'my computer' after 'activate' ?
4) I also want to know if this registration was passed Windows Genuine Advantage test, and if it comes with the Windows updates, did I'm going to pass it?
5) What do you recommend I do?
Sorry if I'm been bored, and sorry for bad English...
No matter what happens, I probably will not turn on the update, but would still like to know the answers to these questions!!!

I'm having trouble with my keybord, it's fucked up! The computer can automatic change sentence during writing, it changes to the sentence where the mouse pointer is.
OR the problem is the mouse pointer, because the mouse pointer on the screen is being moved automatic during writing. And no, i don't even touch the mouse at all, or the touchpad! sometings is wrong with the system. Had no problems at all with this before the install.

Hi. So i burned this on the slowest speed possible with the magic iso onto a DVD-R disk and i booted it onto my pc.
Though,unlike the pictures you had with the steps, i did not get the choice to choose customize or upgrading. I went straight to step 8 after i accepted their guidelines and after i cleaned my drives and formated them,i get stuck at "expanding window files."
It says "wrong volume in drive D" and it wont finish installing. Some help please?

After going through multiple cds of trying to burn a copy that worked (shitty dvdr), finally got it to finish installing. The activation crack worked easily.

I made a bootable disc of this torrent with IMG Burn. Worked quick ez and perfect. I've had my new OS for far over 30 days now. I don't think I even used any serials, just the Activation crack. No problems, no invalidation, it's genuine. However you might need to try a more recent version, like Comp-User's Dec edition. But yeah it did take long time to download... hi, I was wondering if it is possible to install this without a dvd or usb drive, with a separate hard drive.
i tried burning this with my dvd-rw but apparently it doesn't like rewritable disks because while it was 'expanding files' it said there was a problem and the installation couldn't continue.
I have 2 hard drives connected to this computer, and was wondering if there was any possible way to install this to my other hard drive from this one. I doubt it's possible, but I've been proven wrong many times before..

I installed it and activated it.. everything seemed fine until I realized the whole thing was fucked up..
When I, for example, delete a file or folder, the icon is still there until I refresh the page. And some programs, like iTunes, freeze in the same way. I try to close it, but even 'end process' from task manager won't close it.
And also when I turn off my computer, It will stay on "Logging off.." for ever, until I press and hold the button on my computer.
Anyone, please help?

Symantec products are crap, I don't know why any one would EVER use them.
If you want speed go with Eset NOD32 or Eset Security.
If you want the best protection, and many false positives, go with Kaspersky.
PS: Computer-User, any way we could get a version of Virtual PC uploaded? (possibly with the other tools included as well)

I think i really screwed up. I made a the disk and booted from cd drive and it installed. Then the computer restarted and got stuck on the screen before the bios. Now I cant access the bios setup or the boot menu. Is my computer done?

This is getting annoying, I downloaded this, and it stopped at, 1st, 35%, now the 2nd time, 62%, Was so close, this was meant to be finish already under 2 hours, but it stops, goes red, and says the system can't find the file specified. I knows this happened to some one here, and it took 3 times for it to download. Can you tell me why this happenes, this happened to me for the first time.
Gonna download this one more time, and if it stops, not gonna try again, but I hope it downloads becuase your seem to be the easiest way to install wthout burning it.

Got the same problems as Hokidjay, and now have given up, I downloaded another copy else where, with no probs, but decided to download ur x64 bit version as I decided to upfrade my ram to 6gb. I am keeping my fingers crossed, it downloads with no probs. So far, my speed is 640kb/s, and approx 1:40hrs left.
But anyway, it seems other people downloaded it and installed it, but my system is the unluck one to get hit with the glitch, but thanks anway for your work, man, appreciate it,

Ok, I think I realise what the problem is, noticed ur commet on another torrent, I think my norton internet 2011 is deleting the files thinking its risk to my computer, and thats the reason why bittorrent says missing files, fucking norton, so I have turned of my anti-virus system, and hopefully it downloads now.

[ISSUE + SOLUTION]
When I first tried to install it, it got to 15-20% before an error popped up saying something like "Windows cannot copy files required for installation. Files may be corrupt or missing.
Make sure all files required for installation are available and restart installation."
But I read somewhere that other people had this problem and they just tried to install it over and over again and so I did and it WORKED.
So if you have the same issue as I did just keep installing over and over, I just had to install it 2 times :P
I installed this win 7 on a laptop with windows vista installed before it.
Atm it seems to work great. Thanks Computer-User for sharing!

There's no virus inside of it. it runs great i didn't need a cd. just put it on desktop opened the windows 7 file and let it install. took maybe 15-20mins but after that worked my old files were in a window called like Windows.62 just deleted it took about 5mins and all my space on my computer was back. The only thing is if you right click computer then go to properties scroll down says i got 26 days left to put in the key.

This torrent works like a charm. Transferred the iso to a flash drive did a clean install and made a new computer come to life. Everything was as described, no product key needed, program automatically activates. One thing, if you decide to do a clean install, after the first automatic restart during installation, remove the disk or flashdrive or it will continually install windows over itself and get you nowhere; however, Im very pleased with this one. For starters, this isn't a pirated anything. MS offers free trial periods all the time, so what if this one is perpetual?
I'd suggest you either change your NIC to one made in this century or get better drivers.

I have pirated a lottt of files. And never have I come back to comment, but this is worth it. I'm running windows 7 from this torrent. It was a lifesaver for me XD. If you can even get a hold of a windows disk, it'll work for at least a little while, and while you're using that windows from that disk, you can download and burn this torrent, and use it on your computer. Windows 7 SP1 includes update KB971033. If you want proof of this go here
Once there click "Hotfixes and Security Updates included in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1.xls"
You will see update KB971033 in the list of included updates

I can confirm that KB971033 is not part of SP1. I just finished the update, honest to god. After it completed installing, after the reboot, I went into Windows Update. There were 34 new updates, all of which are the Windows 7 Language Packs. I decided to Restore Hidden Updates, and KB971033 is still in there.
Once again, I can confirm it is safe to update to SP1 and that KB971033 is not part of the SP1 update.

KB971033 is included in SP1. Just installed SP1, then went to Add/Remove Programs, and clicked on View Installed Updates. KB971033 was there big as life. I clicked on it and uninstalled it. I hope that took care of it.

I burned this like 7 times on a DVD-RW and it never worked, i downloaded another W7U torrent and it worked perfectly fine, i suspect that the file got corrupted while downloading.
So consider that if you can't boot you might have to download it again.

If you have problems with burning or you don't have a cd-rom in ur netbook for example or you don't have an burner well here's the solution!
www.wintoflash.com It makes it possible to boot from your USB ( 4gb usb minimum )
1. Download windows 7/vista from ex. piratebay
2. extract the folder or use daemon tools and copy the content into another folder
3. start wintoflash and choose the usb drive and the location of win7/vista
4. Check up your boot key (ex. DEL, F2, F8 etc)
5. change the main boot to USB slot instead of harddrive, then restart computer
6. The computer will now boot from your USB so just follow the installation, and when the computer restarts for configuration, REMOVE THE USB otherwise it will boot from it again and you will have to reinstall
7. Installation is completed and your good2go!
It's really simple, before I had to lend my friends cd's but now I just go home to them for 10 min, insert the usb and 5 min later it's done!
Way to go technology!

There seems to be no conflict/problem after installing SP1.
I have installed the whole pack a week ago and have not had any trouble with KB971033 or anything.
As far as I can tell, KB971033 still remains hidden in the Windows Update tab of the Control Panel

Had an issue installing winblows live messenger. BSOD! I simply used an older version of the loader, NOT the 2011 version, but the older XP "winblows live essentials"version. Happy pirating!

This works excellent! But ive followed the directions to a T! DID NOT DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE THAT I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO... I reformatted my drive and done a fresh install. Guys,
many releases are good for 3 months, and then somehow detect the illegit copy. Are you SURE this will work forever?
I'm running WinXP from Piratebay, and it went extremely smoothely - do I have to expect any difficulties/additional hurdles that the pirated XP doesn't have?
I really only want to switch to 7 if the release will stay good and stable beyond 3 months.

Help please!!! I've just about installed everything, but I'm stuck at the part where it selects/scans for a driver to be installed.
I wanted to do a clean install so I formatted/deleted everything that was Vista on my Acer Aspire One netbook. I'm pretty much stuck here.. Do I need to just download some drivers?

hey,
i downloaded this image and burnt it onto dvd using nero and when i try to shutdown my comp with dvd in the drive it won't shutdown. i have to manually shut down. and then when i startup the comp with disc in it would just freeze on the HP logo screen. It also won't show up the disc inside explorer to do direct install from there. What do i do now. is it a faulty drive or am i doing it wrong? Coz the drive would read other dvd's i have but just not this one.

With that being said, if it says trial, WHICH IT WILL, you gotta activate it. How do you do this? Look into the torrent for the 'Windows Activation' Folder and run the damn crack. hope this helps the noobs out

I am able to boot and I can start the installation, but the problem is that I did nt see the screen telling me to choose custom or upgrade installation. I put the 64 bit version on my computer, downloading the 32 bit for my laptop now. Everything worked perfectly fine for my computer. SP 1 downloaded fine. I did accidentally download KB971033 but simply uninstalled it to avoid any issue. Make sure you don't download that and you run the activator after you install and you will be fine.

Hail Computer-User! lol! If ever there there was one incomparable torrent, this is it. Thanks a lot for the great effort you've put into this and helping everyone but MS.
I have one doubt, mate. I did hide the KB 971033 update during one of my first windows updates. I had Windows update set to automatic. But I started having doubts about installing SP1, since there were mixed opinions about whether 971033 was included in it. Then I learnt that it was. But I went ahead and installed SP1.
Now, I have SP1 installed. And when I check my hidden updated, 971033 is still in there. Does this mean it was not installed even though it was a part of SP1? (Windows activation status is still activated). And, is it safe for me to keep Automatic Updates on? (Sorry that I'm repeating the question asked so many times. But I'm asking if the 971033 would be avoided even if it is released as a part of something else a la SP1).

Hi! First of all thanks for this - I just have a few questions
I have a laptop with a blank HD. There no no operating system or drivers installed and it it a 32 bit system. The computer originally had vista on it but I used a boot up disk with DBAN on it to destroy all info on the HD. I am now downloading this with uTorrent and once the download is complete I will burn the image to a black DVD using ISORecorder. I will then boot up the pc from this disk and hopefully install Windows 7.
From what I understand this should work right?
Also is it normal that this will take 8 hours to download according to uTorrent?

just burn iso file to a dvd
keep dvd and restart ur computer,just follow the instructions,once os is installed successfully,open the windows 7 ultimate folder which u have downloaded,and open windows 7 activation(recommended) folder,in that double click windows 7 activation,and click install,wait for few sec's,it will ask u to restart computer,then just do it...that's all .... your os is activated and it's genuine ! if any doubts right click on my computer and click on properties.....there u can see Microsoft genuine logo !

I shall start at the beginning - inherited a PC from my late brother with a 5oogb hdd, 2gb of RAM an A-live motherboard, and Creative sound sound card - Unfortuntely it had vista on it and after putting up with it for a year decided it had to go Downloaded 3 days ago, burnt image onto dvd+rw using my Roxio burner and installed without any problem - a very clean install and torrent, many thanks Computer-User. Added a 2nd hard disk and installed W7 on Hdd 1 with XP Pro Sp3 (from goldfish, another very clean and activated torrent) on Hdd 2 which was my first pirate bay download - I encrypted the system partition on both drives using truecrypt which I love - even though W7 ultimate comes with Bitlocker encryption built in, its guide says that entering the bios triggers a lockout which i found
too restrictive. So far so good - Even though I am not that computer literate I decided to try make genuine W7 using the recommended validation tool in the package - the PC restarted and then a blank screen with a cursor in top left hand corner - went into the bios and booted to the XP drive which thankfully booted -and then i remembered i had forgot to decrypt the system partitions and that true crypt replaces the windows loader with its own (as i said i am not that computer literate so i may be using the wrong technical terms) summary = locked out of W7 on hdd 1 but can access XP on hdd 2 - then i used the truecrypt rescue disk to decrypt W7 and replace the existing loader/header? with the original - after countless re-boots and tinkering with options on rescue disk i finally got W7 back back, and with, to my big suprise the added bonus of a validated and genuine copy of W7 - but then i realised i was locked out of XP pro - dont ask me how I managed that but i did - no problem about reinstalling Xp - wont be tinkering about with headers and volumes in the future unless i really have to unless I do some research - hit home the importance of having 2 drives. I hope this helps someone somewhere.

The answer is: NO.
You are asking if the CRACK file is a virus called Crack.co.dropper...do you realise what I am saying?
IT IS A CRACK but it is NOT A VIRUS.
To an antivirus company, a CRACK is a VIRUS.
It is not a legit or useful software, it is illegal to use, usually, and cracks often patch system files or patch other files or write to the windows registry...all of these things are also common things for a virus to do. this is why so many people think their crack is a virus.
Hehe that didn't sound right.
Hope you get it now. And this one is DEFINITELY not a virus as I just used it and everything is fine... :)
TIP: If you download Sandboxie - freeware from http://sandboxie.com - then you can run ANY file, even the worst virus you want to try, and not harm your PC at all...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
