This worked for me. However after rebooting the first time I got the Stop: c000021a {fatal system error} which is a problem with the windows login process.Then I turned off computer and windows started fine. AND the patch allowed me to use Windows Update and Microsoft Download Center. However, sometimes when I reboot I still get the Stop error.
Any suggestions? I'm 99% sure that this stop error is related to this install. Also, there's no info file. I would like to know how to uninstall this patch.
