Yeah your PS2 needs a new chip for playing burned games. I payed a 100 euro for it. Just search with google for someone who place the chips it could be done from $40 to $200. Its reale worth it.

Don't waste your money on a chip...get swap magic or learn the soft mod trick from afterdawn.com...My system plays all burnt games without a chip or swap magic.

I just use the emulator. It works fucking great now! It's come a LONG way from when it first started. If you have a fast computer, go for it. It's fucking awesome! And you can run the games in any resolution you want! I run them at 1920x1080!

you dont need a mod chip to play burned games! you have to only install on your memory ccard the free mc boot and you done!!!
