As other downloaders have already stated:
The "SSF" transfer of OUTLANDER looks fine until the last 16 minutes of the film (from 1:39.05 - 1:55.01) which suffers from, horrendous blocking and softness. If you plan on watching this at half-size on a small device like an iPod, then the end section looks fine... but if you plan on watching it at "actual size" -- 656x272 -- or at full screen (heaven forbid) on your laptop or TV, you'll be pissed at the shoddiness of the transfer.
This transfer DESPERATELY needs to be redone folks. Heed the warnings, save your time and bandwidth, and wait for a new version to be released!
