I got error msg "cannot open", tried extracting and still another error msg. I can't follow the instructions from RGrimm because i can't even extract or see any folders. Any other ideas anyone?

FYI - TurboTaxUtility.exe has a Trojan, and gets run during the installer. Be careful.
