Advance PDF Password Removal (Ver 1.48)

This is an older version (1.48) of the program, I was reading that some people were having problems with the new versions and were looking for the older ones, which no longer seem available. This is an .exe file, open the file, (there is no program install) click on the icon in the upper left to navigate back to where the locked pdf is. If the file is encrypted it will strip it away, if it isn't, it will tell you so. Remember to save a copy of the newly unlocked pdf before you close it out. The content of the pdf will not effect its operation, the method of encoding might.

bobo66, it won't work at all if the protected pdf has no TOC.
