Can some one please confirm if they are having problems with this tracker

Error message (A socket was attempted to an unreachable host)
The above tracker is used on almost all uploads & no film will download correctly, Can any 1 help & confirm if they are having the same problems????

@browser34: i do have a problem with the tracker. i am receiving "invalid url" status message when PeerGuardian2 is on, due to some "microsoft parnter summit" shit.

Thanks for the reply, I also noticed that (microsoft partner summit 2007) coming up in PG2 as a blocked http. I wonderd if that may have something to do with it. Thanks to you helping & confirming, I have got the film start back up again, by allowing HTTP in PG2 just why i connect to the tracker, Then switched back to block HTTP, & up till now its still running fine!
Once again russell1nash, Nice 1 for the reply & help & confirming that others are experiencing the same probs.

@browser34: yup, that sounds about similar to what i'm doing. i could just be a false positive coming from a connection in Helsinki, as the name suggests. or not... lol
anyways, i'm glad i found confirmation for my trouble too, so Thank You as well!

When a seeder uploads in RAR part files, like a news download, downloaders extract the DVD and write that on media.
They might keep the DVD video files or ISO except they delete the downloaded RAR files to save disk space so there are no sources available.
