i could also tell he was a criminal dictator by the way he has won multiple internationally-monitored elections, fed and housed the poorest in his country, provided universal health care and literacy programs, offered low interest loans, and shown the greedy, blood-sucking multinationals the door if they don't abide by the Venzuelan people's wishes. Oh yeah, and he called Bush 'the devil'.
