Here is the ePSXe playstation emulator with all of the necessary files (bios, graphics plugins, etc) necessary to run playstation roms and CDs. Follow the readme for setup instructions. Enjoy

Zandrin: You can use your controller from the PS3 if you got one, or the the xbox controller. Those are probably the best one (=best quality). Or you could buy a random PC-controller for a few bucks and up.
