Search for mkvmerge. Just drop the two files in the area called input files. In the big white area called "Tracks" you can unhook the russian audio if you don't want it. Go to the "output filename" and browse where you want to put the new file. If you want it in the same folder you have to rename the file (just put a "1" at the end of the filename or whatever. Then you can hit "start muxing". It's very easy, and just takes a few minutes. There are a lot of other options also, but this is the easy one.
