Unfortunately, "average" is about as good as it'll ever get with "x-ray" videos. Until a voyeur somewhere gets his hands on a $15k+ military-grade infra-red imaging camera (and decides to share his recordings with us), we're unlikely to see anything better in terms of video quality.
If you're a connoisseur though, you'll look past the technical quality and appreciate the videographic (i.e., content) quality. If you're just looking for some cheap thrills though, you'd probably be better off sticking to mainstream pornography.
