Why are episodes #2 and #3 .mkv files?
Can anyone recommend a decent free utility for Mac or Windows that can convert .mkv files to .avi?

These titles are rubbish. The episodes 2 and 3 are a BBC Four production from 2007 called; Bombay Railway. Very good though. The first ep. are a Nat.Geo.-prod.
