Uh here is a trainer i found, didnt make it. Just thoguht it would help out those people with RE 4. the list of hacks is in the read me. If it says virus its just the hot keys hook, But if u want u can heal it that makes it fine. my first torrent =)

Failure, did you not read what i typed... sigh Its just the hot keys for christ sake. And if it makes you feel better and you have a good AV just heal it so the oh so evil hot keys will go away.

i dunno whats in here or rars or w/e ill check later.
but in case there are rars extract them to bin(most likely) if not still copy it in bin. run the GAME and then run the hack. (note some hacks are just modifiying tools. and some are execution buttons) hope that helps,cause i have been using a older version of trainer when i finished the game.
