Virus found Win32.Induc, that it only infects Delphi 4 - 7 and no other programs or executables.
When you compile you exe will be infected.

Wow some people are so stupid, Why are y'all using Virus software while y'all are getting a pirated program, let me make it simple...most virus software sees Cracks, Key Generators and anything along those lines as a Virus or Malware and keeps them from working, so either stop trying to Pirate cause you're bad at it OR ditch the virus software and commit to the cause.

As much as I disagree with the disrespectful way Fur13N comments, he or she is correct. Most antivirus software flag kengens and such as viruses. That is the single biggest false positive group.
That being said, I ran two virus scans, SuperAntiSpyware and Microsoft Security Essentials, and both scans flagged the .exe file. More specifically, the exact location is as follows:
