There's no excuse for not putting at least english subs inside the MKV it's like 2m work max, and if the subs are from the same source as the A/V then at least they will sync 100%. That said, thanks for the quality upload.
As for torrents being monitored, you need to change some settings on your BT client, and install some plugin like peer guardian.
