Which ones have audio dolby (AC3) 5.1? Thanks.

LeaT (2008-12-13)

Does anyone know any functioning subs working properly for this pack? I don't want to disturb my neighbors while watching during the middle of the night and I noticed that 2001: A Space Odyssey got a very high volume for the background sound... so I must turn it up to hear what they are saying but then the background sound is crazy, decided I would be kind and try to find any proper subs for English/hearing impaired...

Spoonsir (2008-12-18)

OMG!!! this is an amazing torrent cant wait to watch 'em all!

annalator (2009-01-09)

yeah. really neat collection.

OVNS (2009-01-31)

Kubrick didn't believe in stereo so I doubt Dolby 5.1 would be worth a damn.

toodlefuckinoo (2009-02-12)

Didn't believe in stereo? 2001 was mixed to 6-channel 70mm magnetic! The first and finest film to do so until Walter Murch did it for Apocalypse Now.
As for your comment LeaT, get some egg cartons on your walls or watch it earlier... 2001 must be experienced loud! And if you can ever see any of these films in a cinema, you will understand why he used such wide framing and sparse soundtracks... a true genius.

J0SHUADEAN (2009-07-28)

hey tooldes it saddened me to hear that you have a vast knowledge of PATHETIC facts ;)

palefire78 (2009-08-01)

This really is some collection. My one small criticism is over the way each film is split up into two parts, which is kind of disruptive. Why bother with that?? It's not like anyone burns movies to CDR anymore. But still, thanks for the upload.

yoncenator (2009-08-04)

Goddammit! Fullscreen?? for Kubrick?

Mewtwolol (2009-09-10)
