Pardon me if this seems stupid, but...how do I get this to work? If I try to run setup.exe I get an error. I feel like I'm missing something here. Please help!

i get that exact same error it says i can ignore or close i click ignore and another error pops up and closes it anyways

Ok So i downloaded this and when I try to run the setup it says " The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running" I am running windows 7 and I have tried to run the Setup.exe in compatibility mode for windows 95 (thats the farthest back you can go), but I get the same error. Anyway to fix this??
