Looks like some folder and filenames gets truncated, altera_installer/ = altera_i etc.

the problem is the image format. it was ripped as iso9660 version 1 which doesn't support long file names. this torrent is useless. hopefully someone will upload a good one soon

I downloaded the 11sp1 iso from the altera site and got everything to work up to the point where I'm compiling a design... Simply can't get it to work, it seems the license file has everything but the support for the fitters to support the actual devices so you can build whatever but you will never get it to compile.
