Whoever is giving this 10/10 is either blind, partially sighted or has really low standards. The video QUALITY is good. And the sound is great. But there are serious issues with frame rates throughout the release which make this a headache to watch.

Not impressed with the quality of this one. Lots of scenes looked rough on a big screen. Still perfectly watchable of course, but EZ usually delivers better. The film was poor though. The new girl was, as has been commented, hot but a useless actress. All the faults of the first two films were combined in one for this. Really, just silly, pointless, inconsistent and too long. Mind you, if you're 8 years old, it was the best thing you've ever seen.
