Win or buy 1968 Chevrolet Corvette -OR- 1966 Dodge Charger.
Modify with biggest engine, supercharger, 4-speed racing transmission, 2.48:1 gear ratio, tube headers, glass pack muffler, racing slicks.
Chop front and rear bumpers (cannot chop front of Corvette) and chop the roof.
Car should be good for 126mph top speed.

With super fast Corvette or Charger, enter Wednesday night drag race.
Run clean breakout time UNDER 10.0 Seconds (easy with these cars).
Game will glitch and force all competitors to give you a head start in the same time as your break out (if you break out 9.5, they are set -9.5).
Run your races slow and clean to win the night.
