Star Wars Jedi Knight - Jedi Academy[PC]

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is a first and third-person shooter action game set in the Star Wars universe. It was developed by Raven Software and published, distributed and marketed by LucasArts in North America and by Activision in the rest of the world. Jedi Academy was released in September 2003 and received positive reviews, achieving an 81% aggregate score. Jedi Academy is powered by the same version of the Quake III: Team Arena engine used in its predecessor, Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, containing modifications to the Quake code to include lightsaber combat. In a new feature to the series, the player can modify the character's gender and appearance, and can construct a lightsaber by choosing the hilt style and blade color. The player takes control of the character Jaden Korr, a student at the Jedi Academy under the tutelage of Kyle Katarn. They must complete various missions assigned to them by Katarn and Luke Skywalker. There is a multiplayer mode that allows the player to play against other people over a network. How I did it:
1.) Download (hurr durr)
2.) Mount With a Image Manager, (daemon tools, Alcohol 120) I personally used Alcohol 120.
3.) Install
4.) Place Crack that comes with download into the correct directory.
ex.
C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData
** note **
Program files (x86) may differ pending your what version of windows you are using (if using it at all)
5.)Then enjoy.

The directories in the second CD are wrong. There are two "Gamedata" files when there should be only one. Because of this, I can't get the game to install.

I got it working, for those wondering about it getting to 47% and not knowing what to do next because of the two gamedata folders, you have to mount the second desk and click the first gamedata there. Atleast, that's what I did.
But I was wondering why I can only play multiplayer. I mounted the first disc and it says the wrong disc is inserted, but when I mounted the second, it says that no disc is inserted. Help, anyone?

I installed it and when I run it, this message appears:

Tried installing the newest drivers and directx... Patched it and then cracked it again it still gives me that bloody message :)

Had problem to install the second CD at 47%.
But as Moir~ said, this is how you do:
Mount first CD, and when it asks for second cd, just unmount the game on the selected device, then chose the second CD and press "OK", without opening the "browser" button!

this torrent works perfect! here\'s what i didnn1. Mount cd 1 with deamon toolsn2. installed itn3. unmounted cd 1 and mounted cs 2n4. finished installingn5. copyed the crack to the folder i installed (:C/program files/LucasArts/Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy/GameData and replaced it with the other one.n6. launched the game from JediAcademy.exe and it worked.

The disk images are in NRG (Nero proprietary format), which is of course an Evil Thing; thank you for the Daemon Tools installer, spotted jackal, but yet another brain-damaged program is not what I'd like to see on my system. Fortunately there are several things available for turning this format into our beloved ISO -- see (used the no-install-needed command-line nrg2iso myself).
If you can't get the game to start up (only splash screen, or not even that), you might want to try the fix described at . Should be a pretty universal one; at any rate, worked for me:-)

maseta9 and Damo116, the only thing that could be causing that is if you didn't copy and paste the crack files into the game's install directory.
So, what you need to do is:
1: Find the crack that is in this torrent
2: Copy the cracked files (you might want to backup the original files just in case)
and 3: paste the cracked files in the game's install directory.

Fast and great torrent thanks ! here is some advices :
-Always mount the CD1 even if you have a crack .. it won't work ortherwise ..
-Disable lights options in the "More video" settings tab. It will prevent some graphical issues trust me.
-If you run a recent ati card and having issues starting the game , put this file
In the /gamedata folder !
-If you're having troubles with CDs with Daemon tool , mount the wanted cd and click "Browse" . Choose the right virtual device and click on the gamedata folder and click OK.

@godrulez, I've downloaded patch, but its the same... I googled widescreen fix, and find something, but it seems i dont have it. Some forum comment: "under jedi academy/gamedata/base, find jampconfig and open it. Search for r_mode and set it to -1, then set r_customheight and r_customwidth to your preferred resolution. Its important however, dont try to alter the resolution in-game after doing this or else it will reset." I don't have jampconfig, and cant change anything... Its the only solution finded on web... I'm so frustrated right now

WARNING: This is in a very old format, NRG, a nero disc image. You'll require Daemon Tools to open it (and don't try to use the included Daemon Tools, it's outdated and won't work), because Windows 8's default image mounter doesn't recognize NRG files.

Hmmm.... I can't seem to understand why does my installation still requires the disc 2. I mounted it already on a virtual device with Daemon Tools Lite, made the path to the "asset2.cpk" file, and it still doesn't work. It keep on repeating itself to have the 2nd disc.
