the re-ups like Rome, Jericho, John Adams are excellent as well but this one and some of the others are not good enough

If one of mkvgod's newer torrents doesn't seem as good as another, it's because the source/original video he encoded from is not as good as other sources for his other uploads. For example Bluray rips are obviously better than HDTV rips etc.
People can't improve upon the original video, especially if the encoder lowers the bitrate for convenience for the uploader and everyone else.

this is NOT high-res. there are pixels and artifacts EVERYWHERE. sure, it's 720p but it's NOT HD. it was also ripped from HDNET and their logo is in the corner on every episode PLUS there are pop-up ads along the bottom of the screen from the network.
the worst part is, this is the best quality version of arrested development that i've been able to find so far. jesus christ. this is appalling.

Man the quality is horrible. Please for the love of all that's holy, use a bit of more bitrate. We can download 3GB extra if we have to but crap quality really ruins a good show.
