I second what tgd_02 said: This is a cam rip. It would be unwise and unjust to call it a pre-DVD-rip.
As for quality, it acceptble,not not too bad (some seconds have been truncated at places - apparently to remove disturbaces or breaks), but I personally like to avoid cam rips and wait for a proper, genuine, pre-dvd rips.

1. HD being the highest 1080i/p or 720p
2. DVD being the second best and the most popular.
3. Pre-DVD is near DVD quality with no flaws.
4. TS (TeleSync) where the audio has a higher def. then a CAM copy.
5. CAM copy where an individual sits in a movie theater and video tapes a movie while eats his food, & shakes the camera and what not. Thus it is the worst kind.
