I have unzipped this but I can't get it to work. When the program opens it says it can't find the data file. Anyone have luck with this?

Yep installed successfully. First have to either mount the iso file with a mounting utility, or just burn it to a DVD.
To install, it asks for a passcode, the code I used is 12345 which worked.

this works fine mounted with daemon tools. it is however the US version so shows no UK cars on it besides the focus and mondeo.

Worked Just Fine with Daemon Tools. Nice!
All working fine except for the wiring diagrams will not launch.
I believe the issue is related to a PATH setting. Hoping to fix this soon. Anyone?

To fix wiring diagrams use iso editor like WINISO and rename DataDatabase to DataDatabases, StockBookworl.jpg to StockBookworld.jpg and StockWhite_Sp.gif to StockWhite_Space.gif

there should be backslashes in the path names. don't know why they didn't show in my previous comment. Data(backslash character)Databases.

those corrects got passed the initial load error, however only diagrams from year 2000 are showing up.
diagrams from all other years (2001-2004) seem to be broken, no image shows up.
can you confirm this?
any help on this would be appreciated

all diagrams working for me. i am using copy downloaded from the original fordcds.com site. perhaps your copy is corrupted?
