The guy R.L. Stine wrote the books then he started the show, well any who I've went threw hell to get all the episodes but I got them all. Now 97% of the episodes are in DVD quality(one or two actual DVDRips) but a few are VHS quality but that doesn't mean there unwatchable, there just not DVD quality. I loved this show growing up but it kind went sour around the end of season 3 but maybe your kids or you may NjOY this show. When I was a kid I watched a lot of TV and I got a lot more shows I am looking for, so when I get another TV set I am going to up it; mostly will be "Are You Afraid of The Dark", "Rugrats", or "X-Men Series". VIDEO QUALITY:
as far as the video quality goes most of the episodes look like jetex (digital tv) or dvd rips, the colors are bright and the sound is clear, theres a sharp picture throughout.
as for others such as "stay out of the basement, warewolf of fever swamp" and a few early ones the quality is lacking (they look like they were dubbed off low quality vhs tapes, the picture has a soft blur to it, the colours are dull, pixilation can be seen)
sound issues can be solved with vlc media player, these files can be burnt to disc using a program called convert x to dvd (a season fits on 2 stated dvds)
hope this awnsers some questions

Alright guys, downloaded some of these seasons (Season 1 at least I tested) and I agree there will be some synch issues and voice and lips moving without proper adjustments. The quality on some of them are worse than the others. So some look tolerable (nothing better than VHS obviously.) And then some look like.. well its garbage pretty much. But if you take your time and heart ache to mess around to fix it yourself (fastest being VLC tools) you can get around it. As for overall.. its better than nothing. I can not find a better looking copies of goosebumps. So take it or leave it. I liked goosebumps so I might as well get it. :/
but quality will be an issue that alone synch issues with some of the episodes. Some play just fine.
