I'm living in another country where they don't care about downloading illegally. The internet provider pretty much supports PPS, which is a website that lets you watch movies for free. Everyone in this country uses it. So, if I download torrents, would I be put on a watch list even if it's internet provided by a country that doesn't care if you download s***, in a country that doesn't care if you download s***?

@anarchore if you want to have a file that isn't in Mp4, then I suggest getting format Factory or some other program that changes the format of a video or audio file, and problem solved. No shit has to fly in people's faces. We aren't monkeys.
