when i try to DL it it says its an unknown file type amnd lists the size as just 25kb??!!?? can someone please help :(

sounds like you are downloading the torrent file.
do you have a bittorent client? if not download utorrent (google it)
then download torrent but don't save the file, just open it and utorrent will automaticly recognise it

I cant seem to play this, its downloaded, but when i try to open it with divx player, it has cd1 and cd2 and sample. the sample will play, but the other 2 I cant get to import to divx. when I open them and change to list all files, there are a bunch of little files. Can anyone help me figure this out?

you need to unrar the files.
if you don't have winrar download it, install it, and then right click on one of those rared files and chose "extract here". repeat the same for disk 2 and you got yourself 2 AVI files ;)
