Well, when using torrents seeding is a big part of it. Seeding is essentially letting other people download the file from you. The more people seeding the download, the faster you will download it. Super-seeding is just seeding at a high bit rate for a long period of time. Since you said your new I wouldn't get too into super-seeding because it does greatly decrease the efficiency and speed of everything else on your computer. I suggest you just stick to seeding. In most bit torrent clients after you finish the download you will automatically begin seeding. Again this all depends on which client you are using. For more information on either super-seeding or seeding, I suggest searching Google for some information on the subjects. Feel free to ask if you have anymore questions, I'd be glad to help!
