QuickBooks 2009 Update to R6

If you need a safe way to run your business with Quickbooks and are afraid to turn on autoupdates because there is a good chance someday your version gets ruined with a patch push... Small request, this was my first upload. See 6 leechers pretty quick and watching UTorrent start to use bandwidth for this. Have a couple of questions, I plan to up some other stuff/
1. Is there a way for me to track how many people actually downloaded my file?
2. I know I can watch Pirate Bay for how many people are seeding from my torrent, but is 10 seeders registering in PB enough for me to pull out so it doesnt die?
I started backing everything up and in fear doing updates from Intuit and figured others were doing the same, thus I made the up and will continue as other upgrades are tested to Upload. Thanks and enjoy the "Up."
