iGetter 2.5 Full

This is the full version of iGetter. No SN required. On TPB all I found was 2.4 and I had 2.5 so I decided to share.

Is it possible, fore us without English education, to receive a small instructions ?
After unzipping. Do I place, the iGetter 2.5 Folder and the 5 File (70 bytes) into C:\Program Files ?
Or do I have to downl. app. from iGetter web site ?
Maybe something other ?
It will be awesome if some of you guys, who handles this kind of stuff easily, cut give a hand.
