this can be fixed 1.) during playback via vlc --> show extended settings --> Synchronisation --> Advance of Audio via Video --> 0,250s +
or 2.) permanently usig mkvmerge --> add the mkv, select the audio track --> Format specific options --> Delay (in ms) 250 --> start muxing

seems like all the CTU episodes have that delay (ep 02-09) ... still easily correctable und very nice rip

correction unfortunately episode 2-8 have different delays from +50 to +250 ms (1 & 9 are in sync)
i'm sure most people won't even notice that it's not quite in sync - I do (just watch the mouth during a dialoge)
